We accept cancellations up to 24 hours of purchase. After which, we will not refund. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Changes to an order will also not be accepted after 24 hours from purchase.
Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. You must contact EHJ immediately after delivery if damage has occurred during transit and you would like to return/exchange them.
~You are responsible for shipping cost to return/replace.~
We are not responsible for replacing lost or broken items. If you need a replacement earring, please contact us for the option to purchase a single earring.
~Jewelry condition will dictate whether a replacement is eligible. EHJ reserves the right to decline any replacement requests.~
